Intelli Platforms is a global managed IT services provider with over nine years of excellence. With 200+ certified engineers across the U.S., India, and Costa Rica, we help enterprises modernize their infrastructure, optimize cloud operations, and unlock observability at scale.
Databricks is the data and AI company. With the Data Intelligence Platform, Databricks democratizes insights to everyone in an organization. Built on an open lakehouse architecture, the Data Intelligence Platform provides a unified foundation for all data and governance, combined with AI models tuned to an organization’s unique characteristics. Now, anyone in an organization can benefit from automation and natural language to discover and use data like experts, and technical teams can easily build and deploy secure data and AI apps and products.
At MyDecisive, we embrace a culture of openness by default. Releasing new software under open source terms is our standard practice, encouraging the community to innovate freely. We build the MyDecisive Smart Telemetry Hub using open source technologies and actively contribute back to the communities below.

The Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), which is part of the non-profit Linux Foundation, hosts critical components of the global technology infrastructure. The CNCF works to foster and sustain an ecosystem of open source, vendor-neutral projects. It drives the adoption of cloud native computing—empowering organizations to build and run scalable applications in modern, dynamic environments such as public, private, and hybrid clouds. The foundation hosts major projects including Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Envoy, and brings together the world's top developers, end users, and vendors.
OpenTelemetry (OTel) is the vendor-neutral, open source observability framework sponsored by the CNCF. It provides a unified standard set of APIs, SDKs, and tools for collecting, processing, and exporting telemetry data—the logs, metrics, and traces—from modern applications. By adopting OTel, organizations can standardize their instrumentation once, gain complete distributed tracing visibility, and minimize vendor lock-in by easily sending their data via the OTLP to any compliant back-end.
Kubernetes (K8s) is the open-source platform and CNCF graduated project that has become the de facto standard for container orchestration. It enables organizations to automatically deploy, scale, and manage containerized workloads across any environment—be it multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, or on-premises. Built around a declarative configuration model, Kubernetes provides unmatched scalability, self-healing, and high-availability, making it the essential foundation for running modern microservices and cloud-native applications.
Prometheus is the open-source monitoring and alerting toolkit and a graduated CNCF project that has become the de facto standard for collecting metrics in cloud-native environments, particularly Kubernetes. It uses a multi-dimensional data model defined by labels and stores data in a time series database. Prometheus employs a unique pull model, where its server scrapes metrics from instrumented targets (either directly or via exporters). Teams leverage PromQL for flexible querying and rely on the Alertmanager for reliable alert delivery.
Go (Golang) is the open-source programming language backed by Google, designed for building simple, secure, and scalable systems. It is widely considered the de facto standard for cloud-native development due to its unmatched built-in concurrency model, which utilizes goroutines and channels for handling high-load and distributed systems. Its simple syntax and fast compilation make it the language of choice for developing high-performance applications, robust backend systems, and resilient microservices.
