Ari Zilka

CEO

Ari Zilka, co-founder and CEO of MyDecisive, is a seasoned tech leader with deep expertise in cloud, data, and enterprise infrastructure. He played key roles in pioneering technologies like Apache Hadoop at Hortonworks and founded Terracotta, creator of Ehcache and Quartz Scheduler. Ari also shaped Walmart.com as its founding chief architect and led innovation at New Relic’s incubator.

Jill Magsaysay

Engineering

Jill comes from a diverse technology background spanning multiple startups, consulting, digital agencies, and fintech. With a background as a career engineer and architect, she has a passion for solving ambiguous problems, and creating disruptive software with iteration and speed. Her strategic vision, technical expertise, and history of building high-performing teams all contribute to building kick ass, innovative tech.

Alan Florsheim

Design

Alan has had a 25+ year long varied career, from B2C and B2B (Amazon, Microsoft) to Observability (New Relic, MyDecisive). He is intently focused on creating excellent user experiences as well as successful results for them. Outside of work, he feeds his passion for automobiles and motorsports whenever he can.
